Baltimore residents rallied outside City Hall on Thursday, pressing city leaders for tougher enforcement on quality-of-life offenses they say are eroding daily living in neighborhoods like Federal Hill — even as officials insist efforts are already underway. Members of the Southern District Community Coalition called for a coordinated, around-the-clock public safety strategy, citing persistent problems with illegal dirt bikes, public drinking, loitering and late-night noise. The group delivered a letter with pages of signatures to Mayor Brandon Scott’s office, as well as to a representative for Gov. Governor Moore can continue his gaslighting tour all he wants. The Key Bridge reconstruction WILL slow down because the state needs to select a new builder! The timeline could be shifted by as much as EIGHTEEN MONTHS! I also think it’s unlikely other proposals will come in cheaper.
