Unacceptable @British_Airways I’ve paid for a business class flight to NY and my seat is broken. I can’t move it at all. No one informed me, and I’ve wasted money with you yet again!! Flight is full and I’m stuck in the same position for 7 hours and 45 minutes

@British_Airways that seems quite contrary given some of your dm’s and previous responses have been about dm’ing you back and connecting with customer service. If you don’t deal with customer issues then what is it that you do?
