最近几年争议不断（经常被网友们攻击和嘲笑）的<纽约时报>记者纪思道（Nicholas Kristof）前几天发表专栏文章 “The Silence That Meets the Rape of Palestinians”，内容指称巴勒斯坦男女在以色列监狱、军方、定居者和审讯人员手中遭受性暴力，文章还引用了人权组织、联合国材料和其他报道，试图说明这不是个别事件，而是以色列安全体系中长期存在、却被外界忽视的问题。 文章一出引起哗然，这篇报道被大家指责的地方包括： 1. 引用信息源的可信度严重不足。 纪思道的核心指控源自“欧洲-地中海人权监测站”（Euro-Med）。该组织被指与哈马斯有关联，且有发布极端虚假指控（如“摘取器官”、“大规模处决”）的黑历史。由于可信度存疑，当该报告最初发布时，除了纪思道外，没有任何主流新闻机构对其进行报道。 2. 核心指控缺乏事实依据且违背常理： 纪思道声称以色列警犬被训练去强奸囚犯。但他在文章中不仅没提供任何证据，事后在 X上辩护时引用的医学文献也完全对不上号，那些文献讨论的是“人类发起的兽奸”，而非“犬只攻击人类”，并且他所描述的情节在生物解剖学上可能根本无法实现，属于离奇臆造。 3. 关键证人证词前后矛盾。纪思道文中两名主要证人的可信度极低：Sami al-Sai 对纪思道讲述的受虐细节，与其早前向以色列非政府组织 B'Tselem 提供的版本存在出入。Issa Amro 这位被称为“巴勒斯坦甘地”的人，在几个月前对华邮还只说自己受到了“威胁”，到了纪思道这里就变成了已经发生的“性侵犯”。 <纽约时报> 之后发声明，明确为纪思道辩护，表示这篇评论是经过充分事实核查的意见新闻，纪思道本人曾赴当地进行一手采访，文中也结合了受访者证词与独立研究，不存在准备撤稿的情况。 现在发展到，内塔尼亚胡和以色列外交部长Gideon Sa’ar已启动对<纽约时报>的诽谤诉讼。

🚨 UPDATE: a professor from Iraq now has a $7 MILLION dollar lawsuit against her employer (shocker). Portland State University professor Yasmeen Hanoosh has been on PAID LEAVE since June of 2025. Hanoosh is under campus investigation for publicly declaring, "I am Hamas, we are all HAMAS!" during a protest outside of a school board meeting. The IRAQI-born professor has announced that she is SUING Portland State for $7 MILLION, for a violation of her First Amendment rights and falsely portraying her as supporting terrorism and antisemitism. The lawsuit claims that on top of her tragedy, she's been targeted on social media for her support of the genocidal terror-organization (cough). Hanoosh claims that she was being sarcastic when she declared, "I AM HAMAS. WE ARE ALL HAMAS." Despite the lawsuit, Professor Iraq is still employed. They haven't fired her yet. Our Department of Education is about to shove $50 million in federal funding into the sweaty hands of Portland State University.
