After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. There is a difference between preaching and teaching. If you aren't learning then you are aging. This is why we need to renew our minds daily. Don't get me wrong, I love preaching but I would much rather listen to someone who is actually teaching me spiritual meanings while teaching me how to unlock the weapon that God has given all of US.
