Raising VC money is objectively one of the easier parts of building a successful company.
Building something that matters enough to people and businesses that they're willing to sign a deal is what matters, then you and your teams ability to keep said customers happy follows.

However at 30 you're raising on your past successes and likelihood to be the person to do what you're proposing, not just the idea itself.
People think VC money is some sort of get rich or overnight success scheme, majority of VC backed companies fail.

@daniel_adornes @cursor_ai Hey @daniel_adornes it's not really a "mistake", we just get multiple $500 - $800 charges in different amounts all in the span of the same day or 24 hours rather than 1 charge.
Can we pay monthly? I filled out the form for Enterprise but I don't think our $5-$10k/mo gets us it?

Spirit Airlines accounts for about 1.4% of US airline seat capacity. They are currently going through bankruptcy. They are continually ranked as one of the worst airlines. Remind me why the American tax payers need to bail out this company? Especially, during a jet fuel crisis?

Dustin's right. All government spending ultimately comes from the productive economy—taxes today, debt (future taxes), or printing (inflation tax that erodes purchasing power). The Fed doesn't create real resources; it just redistributes them. No magic money bucket exists outside what taxpayers fund, directly or indirectly.

2023: Biden DOJ sues to stop the merger.
Jan 2024: Judge blocks merger, citing "threat to competition."
Nov 2024: Spirit files for bankruptcy.
2026: Trump admin is considering bailout of Spirit, with the federal government potentially receiving ownership in the company.
So instead of JetBlue and Spirit combining to form a formidable low cost competitor for the big 4 airlines, the taxpayers will be on the hook to save a failing company that will offer them low cost airfare subsidized by money taken from their paychecks.
