⚖️ | 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 | This is what Lt. General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi had to say about today's witness, IDAC Investigator, Brian Padayachee.
"He is the enabler, the one who does the running around for IDAC"
Mkhwanazi also added that Padayachee was appointed having no experience in serious investigations so it didn't make sense how he was appointed.
"This is one of those useless so called medical certificates that says nothing whatsoever". Chair Madlanga.
There's nothing as painful as your intelligence being openly undermined and disrespected as Justice Madlanga and the Commissioners have been by all the Indian witnesses plus Mike van Wyk. Chair must set an example and subpoena all the 4 Doctors, Carrim, Khan, Johnson and Van Wyk's. Otherwise even Matlala will say he's sick on Wednesday. This is so unacceptable and unbecoming. You can how angry Chair is.

Dr. Mashazi is like Brown Mogotsi. 🤦🏽♀️ She's laughing when her Lawyer says she's a pensioner who doesn't earn the amount that the state says she earns. She says she asks to pay R10k because she earns R33k from her pension . She's busy chewing gum.

If someone had sat 18-year-old me down and told me that the beautiful South Africa I knew and loved with all my heart; the country of my birth, my childhood memories, my dreams for the future would be deliberately dismantled, year after year, piece by piece, until it was almost unrecognisable …
That one day our people would be hunted, hated, demonised, and treated worse than animals in the very land our forefathers built …
I would have looked them in the eyes and thought they were completely insane. I would have laughed through the tears, because the idea would have, and did shatter my soul. I could never have imagined the betrayal, the pain, or the slow-motion tragedy that was coming.
And yet, here we are.
@Lebo_TheSmart Can i buy you a dictionary. Don't you get embarrased with your speĺling. But i suppose you are too stupid to realize it. That is what a 30% pass rate does. 🤣🤣🤣

The democratic breakthrough was not Free ✊🏽 It was paid, with blood!
On this “Freedom Day”, 27 April 2026, I refuse to celebrate.
As a white South African born into an Afrikaner family, who joined the anti-apartheid struggle and served as Nelson Mandela’s spokesperson, I approach this day with a heavy heart and unyielding rage. Thirty-two years after millions of Black South Africans queued with hope for genuine liberation, freedom remains a cruel mirage for the Black majority.
Political rights were granted, but economic power was never transferred. South Africa is still the most unequal country on earth. Whites (7-8% of the population) own roughly 72% of privately held farmland, while Black Africans (over 80%) own just 4%. White monopoly capital continues to dominate the economy, while Black youth unemployment devastates entire generations. This is not freedom — it is the perpetuation of dispossession in democratic clothing.
The reconciliation project I once supported has failed. The majority of whites cling to apartheid privilege and racism. Organisations like AfriForum and Solidarity are white supremacist in essence. They defend exclusive enclaves such as Orania, Kleinfontein and Eureka, and spread lies internationally. I wear my “Voetsek AfriForum” T-shirt with pride because the time for outreach is over. Continued compromise is not leadership — it is pathetic weakness.
I experience daily racist venom — my wife called a “meit”, my children “kaffirs”, myself a “meide naaier”. I am unapologetic: I hope the hatred of my haters strangles them.
True freedom demands radical economic transformation: expropriation of land without compensation, nationalisation of mines and banks, and the dismantling of racist structures. Until AfriForum is shut down, enclaves closed, and economic power returned to the people, there is nothing to celebrate.
On this 27 of April 2026 there can only be mourning for betrayed hopes, and righteous anger fueling the final push toward economic freedom in our lifetime.
Yours in the struggle,
Carl Mpangazitha Niehaus
