I think Paris is doing a great job of bringing the celebration atmosphere back to the games but it really makes me feel sorry for Tokyo. I hope they get lots of historical recognition for keeping it going during adverse circumstances that was an impossible job they carried off

@bunsenbernerbmd It's quite sad as it would be nice if they tried to make it all available to as many people as possible to (a) inspire people to try new sports and (b) inspire the new athletes of the future who will provide the excellent sporting moments in Olympics to come

@bunsenbernerbmd The IOC caused this by selling the full coverage to the highest bidder, only allowing other broadcasters such as the BBC in the UK to show a limited amount. When the BBC was able to show loads, there were a lot more people here able to watch it all!

@OakhamTown @rutlandcouncil the temporary traffic lights on the road between oakham & Braunston have phasing that's gone wrong. It seems to be letting both sets of traffic through at same time. Didn't seem to be anyone working there to notice this or tell about it
