It’s a bit different in every car, but mostly (and almost any driver would agree), the neck and grip strength give out first in a long race. Once the neck gives out, you have to rest it against the side halo in the corners.

Chicane shoes won’t cause bunions - but they’re not 2ft
Historic Vids@historyinmemes

During the 14th century, Europe experienced a significant trend known as the "shoe craze," where there was a widespread demand for poulaines. Poulaines were pointed-toe shoes that could stretch up to an impressive 2 feet in length. Due to their impracticality for laborious work, these shoes were a luxury reserved for the wealthy elite. Interestingly, in medieval times, poulaines were considered highly alluring and associated with sex appeal for men. The fashion of that era involved shorter tunics, and young men would proudly showcase their legs, accentuated and elongated by these low-cut shoes with their long, pointed tips. However, the popularity of poulaines eventually led to a series of unfortunate consequences. The association with sodomy emerged, leading to disapproval from several European monarchs, who eventually banned them entirely. Despite these actions, the damage had already been done. The poulaines era triggered a significant increase in bunion cases across Europe, with the number of cases more than quadrupling within a short period. Recently, archaeologists have made intriguing discoveries, unearthing skeletons from that era that provide evidence of the severe bunion epidemic caused by the fashion trend of wearing poulaines. These skeletal remains paint a vivid picture of the extent of the bunion-related issues that afflicted individuals during that time.

If an anti-roll bar (ARB) has settings 1-7 (1 being the softest), a lot of times setting 7 is softer than 6 but stiffer than 5 This is because it reaches a certain point where it’s binding so much it has the reverse effect Picture from ResearchGate

Ride frequency in race cars can be adjusted by spring rate: 0.5 - 1.5 Hz for passenger cars 1.5 - 2.0 Hz for GT 3.0 - 5.0 Hz for high downforce Should be good to start but will vary depending on the tracks

Tire pressures can be adjusted to affect the balance of a car during the race Lower the rear pressures 0.5psi and that’s enough to increase the tire print size to give the rear more grip
