What if this is, but isn’t, the last D2 update? What if it’s the last D2 update because the game is getting renamed to Destiny Infinity with Shattered Cycle COMING 2027!!!

Watch Bungie pull an Overwatch, drop the 2 from the game title, announce “Destiny” the game, and it’s a new base game with all content from Destiny 1 to Destiny 2 and beyond as a single-game experience moving forward. Pure crazy thoughts at this point.

Hey all,
In our 7k+ word Weapon Sandbox preview, we missed changes coming to the Praxic Blade on June 9. We're getting this added to the article now.
PRAXIC BLADE
The point of these changes is to allow the Praxic Blade to still act as a primary weapon when paired with an actual primary weapon, but to reduce the surplus of special ammo so that it cannot be paired as easily with another special weapon.
- Slightly increase the time it takes to get ammo refunded when blocking
- Strongholds will no longer allow for infinite blocking with Special Ammo swords
--We've seen feedback that it felt bad to watch from your ghost as a team mate blocked for 3 minutes straight without reviving you or doing any damage to a given boss - sometimes we need you to go on the attack!
-Reduced ammo refunded by light attacks

NEW TINFOIL HAT THEORY:
Bungie drop the BEST update they've ever released. Plan is for the game to have fantastic staying power after "closure". Destiny 3 gets announced - the ultimate "we're listening" move, completely reverts the public opinion on Bungie. The world heals.

Ok im coping here but the fact that we’re getting a DESTINY ANNOUNCEMENTS screen has got to mean they’ve got something cooking right? Also just calling it ‘Destiny’ announcements and not ‘Destiny 2.’

@Forcer69 I don’t think so. I think announcements are set for reminders when Trials, and or Iron banner is around. That and perhaps stuff for eververse stuff.
