I just realised they’re 1000% going to put Callum Walsh in UFC 6 and someone like Kevin Vallejos will be a DLC in 8 months time

It feels to me like the damage has been done with Slot’s relationship with large parts of the fanbase, and keeping him on just almost delays the inevitable for everyone When we suffer our first defeat next season, the atmosphere will just return to how it is now, and that’s good for no one

@DaveOCKOP You bring in Alonso and I believe he reenergizes the team and fans We have played this way ^^ since the League cup final last year, thats over 12 months of not being able to fix any of these issues even with the summer transfer window last year, why would it suddenly change now

It's hard to be convinced that all the side needs is a three month break (disrupted by a World Cup) and then suddenly at the start of next season we'll be back to our best. It feel extremely flat and lethargic. I don't see how a disrupted summer pre season will change things. It's been an abysmal effort at retaining the title. Hungry, hard working signings will help but until we see it actually on the pitch we won't know if we've improved. Not interested in the hype around potential signings this summer, more interested in the work rate and hunger after they arrive.

Liverpool showed fight to make that close in the end but the damage was already done in an utterly abysmal first half. The fact is, they've produced that half far, far too many times this season and that's why they're now onto 19 defeats.

@SMXLFC Yep has to be Wharton + a defensive 6 That would really fix most of our issues in midfield and I’d be over the moon with it

My opinion is Adam Wharton is a fantastic player & we really miss a player that has every pass in their locker. But we’d still need a natural 6 with legs to get stuck in. But both things can be true. Adam Wharton would be a brilliant signing.

@DougieCritchley That’s a definite handball imo, you just can’t have your arm in that position, it’s not a natural position and as a defender Ben White should know better that he has to have his arms behind his back
