More than 600,000 households across the country are now getting paid more in benefits than the average family earns from work. And it's the working people who are being taxed to cover the cost. We can't keep squeezing hard-working people to pay for those who don’t work.

The West isn’t declining by accident. Mass immigration, net-zero self-sabotage, cultural erosion, and modern Marxism in action are reshaping Britain and daily life. Full timeline showing how we got here: open.substack.com/pub/wo0o0okie/… The decline is real. Time to face it.

It’s now clear that Sir Keir Starmer’s premiership is at least as dishonest as that of Boris Johnson, but worse for being cloaked in an insufferable sanctimony. There’s a remarkable play to be written about a man who rises to the highest political office by denouncing the most trivial lies of his rival about who ate what cake at a party of six people or however many it was, only to succumb to a far graver mendacity about his own political decision-making involving the highest diplomatic role in the land and associations with a convicted sex-offender. It would be Shakespearean if the characters involved weren’t so insubstantial.

Reform UK would destroy our NHS, and make working people pay the price with an American-style insurance system. Vote Labour on 7th May 🌹

The only flags that should be displayed in British schools are the Union flag and the corresponding St George’s cross, The Red Dragon, St Andrews Cross or the Ulster banner. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇮🇪🇬🇧

The problem with the policy is, Ben, that it now looks like the deportation policy is designed not for logistical efficiency, but to spite and punish a portion of the electorate. Not only does it increase the likelihood of local protest movements gathering at the bases, disrupting deportations. It means that, should security fail, Reform then have to own the inevitable sex crimes committed by the men they've chosen to detain in Green constituencies. (Including Lewisham and other London boroughs, according to Richard Tice.) Most of the electorate aren't voting to punish the other side. Most Reform voters aren't voting to *own* the Greens. They just want the foreign rapists out if their country. Whereas Reform, knowing these men are a risk, imposes them as a punishment on their political opponents. Less morally and politically complicated to knock up Nightingale detention centres on Brownfield sites, keep them in military barracks with runways for charter deportation flights, and threaten them with life on Pitcairn or Ascension instead.

Reports today that the Royal Navy — you know, the one that ruled the waves — now down to five frigates. Some of which already have commitments. So we cannot provide a carrier fleet for our aircraft carriers, who have their own problems. A national disgrace in which Tory, Labour and even the pathetic Lib Dems are complicit.

After 20 years of @theSNP, why are Scots voters struggling to put enough food on their tables? @ruth_wishart surely we have been promised better than this? Our taxes are the highest in the UK, our energy bills are the highest in the UK and our homeless people are shunned for foreigners. Surely we should have a fairer society that the one we live in?

Why is a party stuffed with millionaires and billionaires managing to persuade ordinary Scots voters struggling to put enough food on their tables that Reform are on the side of working folk? Writes Ruth Wishart ✍️

I agree 100%. I am and have always been very proud to be Scottish. That will never change. But I am not proud of what the SNP has done to Scotland (or Labour for that matter), what it has become and I fear we are now in relentless decline, in stark contradistinction to our glorious past. But the Scots have nobody to blame but themselves. Nobody forced this dire mediocrity on them. They voted for it. Again and again and again. Devolution has only made it worse. The politics and ambition of the kailyard.

🎶 👇🏼sad that a much loved Scotland has been subjected over twenty years to severe neglect, from the state of our health providers, policing, education etc to the hellish condition of our roads because many of our countrymen put SNP activists into power. Your call Thursday 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

@JohnSwinney My god man. I know politicians are liars and thieves, almost to a man, but for the love of christ could you not at least pretend to play the game? We've had enough of Elsie's shite. Stop being a cucked little weasle of a man and grow a spine. Pathetic.
