From the viewpoint of a seasoned HR specialist: While the calculation mistake is evident and must be corrected internally without delay, the completely overlooked issue is the employee’s sharing of official internal correspondence outside the workplace. Actions like this erode trust between employer and employee and breach fundamental principles of privacy and confidentiality. In my personal opinion, she should undergo a disciplinary review, as this does not reflect the expected level of professional behavior from any staff member.

@leopardstealth Still here, and still not at all interested in Marathon. It's yet another extraction shooter, a poor genre to begin with. Don't want it, don't care for it, don't need it. Bungie focused on that instead of the IP that has kept the company afloat, and it's a massive disappointment.

@blueberriesGG The sad part is the biggest thing here was that it was a free update. I love Destiny, but Bungie is a money-hungry company that overcharges for everything. No Man's Sky devs are the kings of the gaming world. We deserve more studios like them, and less like Bungie and Blizzard.

What the fuck are you talking about I am not happy that people are being paid under livable wages, nor that they, along with small businesses, are hurt in the process. I don’t think the only viable solution is to flood the streets of our country with armed federal forces in an effort to seek and deport whoever is deemed undesirable. Why are you so desperately trying to slander and villainize so many of the American people? Where is your compassion? Where is your empathy? Why are you not seeking to unite this country? Why are you not trying to improve this world?

Just spoke with a guy who owns a small business. Complaining about the fact that that he pays his employees $18-20hr (minimum) but the people who hire illegal aliens pay them $6.50 an hour and hurt his business. Many of the people threatening law enforcement and interfering with deportations are just mad that this system is coming to an end.

@A_dmg04 The gear in the rewards pass should scale its tier with the level of your character. Tier 2 or 3 gear is an automatic delete for someone at 550 power. It's simply not a reward.

@thruthe7th @rosoddle As is, on any given day you only have 5 matchmade activities to play, and 3 of them are basically the same activity since there really isn't enough difference in the Reclaim variants. At the very least, make Reclaim one node and it launches a random one, and that opens up 2 slots

@rosoddle If all 30 different fireteam ops were possible to matchmake then it would be impossible to ever matchmake into them but great comms rosoddle!!

the power levelling changes are SO good but it just reminds me that all fireteam ops should have matchmaking

@Lucifer_Doggo @A_dmg04 It's definitely a step in the right direction. The changes allowed me to go from 504 to 532 just yesterday. The change to bonus drops combined with being much easier to hit A+ on Ultimate difficulty really made a difference.

(And if you’re over 300 these aren’t capped. Can help you get a kickstart into the improved leveling)
