Lewis Hamilton taking the only non-Red Bull pole position in the 2011 season No superclipping, no managment, just driving at the limit

3 races with a car that can't win races and bro is already ready to quit😭😭 Imagine if he had to put up with what Leclerc has at Ferrari, he wouldn't have made it through 2020.

🚨 | Lewis Hamilton: “Not really a great battle, I mean even somehow Charles had more power than me today, so you know, same car, so I need to understand why that is.” “So he did a good job to get to third place, but yes, lacking power from somewhere.”

I’d oppose this - Lewis’ braking technique typically should favour the recharge rules since he doesn’t rely on early release (something that hindered him with the developed GE cars) I’d say it was a big reason for why his pace in Australia and China was exceptional particularly in the race. Japan has the 2nd lowest % of time on the brakes after Jeddah so with the speed profile of these cars I’d say it’s probably the track that nerfs him the most. Charles on the other hand is a master of high momentum corners that Suzuka is now full of, largely due to the clipping reducing the approach speed of corners like Turn 1, Spoon and the final chicane.
