@ElsaSofia__AI Get married young when you are broke and have nothing. Build it together! Then if she leaves she earned her half. But she wont because she worked right along side you to build it and it also built your bond!

My father always used to tell my brother: “Never put anything in your wife’s name.” The moment my brother registered his house in my sister-in-law’s name, her nagging started. And just 3 months later, they got divorced. When I asked my father why that happened, he said:

@pepemoonboy Its not as easy as it was. But it is diversification! If we go into a 3 year stockmarket slump, I'll be glad i stuck with some rentals.

I own multiple rental properties. Between tenant turnover, repairs, evictions, increased property taxes, and rising insurance my stock portfolio outperformed all 3 combined. By a mile... Rental properties are not worth the headache. Don't be fooled by the furu's telling you it's amazing passive income.

@oelma__ Totally. My mom bought this big church bell and had my dad mount it in the yard. She would ring that at nights or if she needed to come home. If we didnt hear it someone would come and tell us " your mom is rining the bell!" And we would head for home! That was living!

Jeff Bezos has $222 billion. If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over. And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.

@Simon_Ingari Good for you. What a looser. Someone like that would never put in the effort to make the company successful. Now he can go back to his moms basement and play video games and complain about how unfair the world is. What a joke. This never happened BTW! Made up!

HR: We lost the new hire today. CEO: What happened? HR: He resigned after his first week. CEO: That makes no sense. We doubled his previous salary. HR: Yes, but salary was not the issue. CEO: Then what was? HR: You asked him why he left at exactly 5:00 p.m. And why he left the office before you did. CEO: I was just trying to understand his mindset. HR: He understood it clearly. He felt the company was not paying for his work, but for control over his time. CEO: But commitment matters. HR: So do boundaries. He finished his work, met expectations, and left on time. But instead of that being seen as professionalism, it was treated like a lack of loyalty. CEO: People should not rush out of the office. HR: He was not rushing out. He was simply leaving when the workday ended. CEO: Still, it did not look right. HR: That is exactly why he left. He realized very quickly that even with better pay, the culture expected presenteeism over performance. CEO: That is unfortunate. HR: Yes. We offered him double the salary, but also gave him a preview of a workplace where leaving on time becomes a character issue. CEO: So what are you saying? HR: If employees are judged for having boundaries, then no amount of money will make them stay. A higher salary can attract people. But if respect for time is missing, it will not keep them.

@Create_Profit Thats insane. And back then. I work 10 years for that kind of money and I should have more than that at retirement. But if your dad could make that kind of money he could probably walk out the door and make 1k per day in retirement!

This is what we get when the government steps in to "solve" problems for us. By passing a log requiring computer logs for semi drivers so it can't be cheated, they actually made it more dangerous.

@GrantCardone The thing is most people don't have 1m to invest. But they can invest a couple hundred dollars each month or maybe weekly if lucky. They invest that & in 20-30 years they have the 1m that they can invest in RE. Its a retirement account with zero tax. Its how normal people do it!

Wow...unfortunately right now it looks like both sides are lying!
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

Billionaire Chamath Palihapitiya explains that once he learned the mainstream media was lying to him, he left the Democrat Party “You went from being a large Democrat donor to now a very outspoken proponent on the other side of the aisle” Chamath Palihapitiya “Yeah — This is not about politics for me, it's about the truth. There was a moment where I was basically like everybody else, and pretty brainwashed. My media diet was very much the same as everybody else's. I read the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. I watched a little bit of CNN, a little bit of CNBC, a little bit of MSNBC, a little bit of CBS Economist. Every now and then you encounter it on a plane and you think you know what's going on, and I had a perception of Donald Trump initially, from the moment he walked down the staircase in Trump Tower to announce. And then over the course of 6-7 years, I realized that some of those fundamental things that I was told about him were just totally false. And there was enough content online where I was almost afraid, but it started with Charlottesville. I was almost afraid to look at it because I'm like, I think I was lied to. And then I saw it. I saw what he said, but then I saw the portrayal. I had originally believed that portrayal until I saw the truth. And then I just started to go down that rabbit hole. So for me, it was an evolution where I was like, I can't believe I'm being lied to by this group of people whose sole responsibility is to hold truth, to power. The key word there is truth to power, not your perception or your desires. And I just think that that, that, I mean, red-pilled me, I guess in a way”

Earlier today, two boys I didn’t know (roughly 12-13 years old) knocked on my front door. My house is about 200 yards off the road, so outside of deliveries we don’t see much front door action here. I answered, and one of the boys was bleeding from scrapes on hands, elbows and knees from falling off his bike. They asked if I had bandaids. Brought them inside, got them water, stuff to clean wounds, and patched him up. Offered to call his parents, drive them home, etc. They declined, thanked me and left. A few hours later, dad is banging on my door asking why I thought it was ok to let a child I didn’t know into my home. Motherfucker…why is your teenager not trained not to knock on strangers doors then go into their home if that’s your position? I sincerely can’t stand people. You can’t even be fucking human anymore. So demoralizing. Am I crazy?????

Trump's war has lost everything he had a month ago: He lost Hormuz He lost sanctions on Iran Iran wasn't building nukes but now it will US bases in the Gulf were assets, now they're not WINNING LIKE NEVER BEFORE Time for a magic trick (where's the chlorox?)
The Maverick of Wall Street@TheMaverickWS

Before the war: 1) Iran didn't control the Strait Of Hormuz, now it does 2) Iran oil was sanctioned, now it's not 3) Iran was not building a nuke, now it will 4) US bases in the Gulf were assets, now liabilities 5) Inflation was declining, now increasing Definitely winning!

For most Americans under the age of 45, the American Dream is dead To everyone over the age of 60, married, with 3 kids, 6 grandkids, and a home that is paid for, just understand this: Your country will radically change in the next 10-15 years because no one is listening to us
