I heard someone teasing that “you can’t die from a #panicattack” so I thought it’d be a good time for this data: Those with panic disorder are found to have a 36% higher risk of heart attack and 47% higher risk of heart disease than those without. #mentalhealth #mentalillness

A reminder to be gentle with yourself: the #pandemic continues to be challenging for many, incl. those with #mentalillness Symptoms of #COVID may seem unrelated, but there is actually a lot of overlap with #anxiety: shortness of breath, headaches, fatigue, feeling flushed, etc.
