Let me get this straight… Apparently, an ICE agent being struck by a car is not enough to create reasonable fear of serious bodily harm. But Karmelo Anthony being shoved during a confrontation he allegedly escalated, going on to say, “touch me and see what happens,” where he was then pushed, is enough to justify pulling a knife and stabbing someone in the chest? Over the past week, I've been accused of being Mormon and/or associated with Bricks and Minifigs more times than I can count for daring to highlight the obvious holes in Reckless Ben's narrative in regards to Bryan Mansell's missing LEGOs. I regret to inform those of you who were hoping to discredit me with these labels that I am neither. I am simply someone interested in shedding light on the actual facts of the matter. My primary goal is to bring attention to the actual culprits of this case: Benjamin and Chrystal Gorman, the previous owners of the Bricks and Minifigs location where Bryan Mansell's LEGO set disappeared. The disgruntled ex-franchisees who racked up a debt of nearly $200,000 before BAM corporate came in and repossessed the store from them - a fact most are unaware of because Reckless Ben inexplicably omitted this critical information from his videos. What makes this information critical you might ask? Well, applying basic reasoning, who is more likely to have committed theft in this scenario: a company that's had a positive reputation among the general public for 15 years and counting or financial delinquents refusing to pay their bills? The answer couldn't be more obvious. Yet the public's rage has been misdirected at a company and individuals who are actually innocent because Reckless Ben is actively conspiring with the true culprits who are using him to provide cover for their crimes. Ben believes he's fighting the good fight by defending little guys being exploited by evil corporate villains -- a narrative he's used as justification to commit a series of crimes and immoral acts -- when the reality is he's been taken for a fool by shameless tricksters. Ben is not a victim though. He has participated in stalking, harassment, defamation, vandalism, doxxing, and more, all of which he's profited from and all while claiming to be the victim of a corrupt system when the consequences for his actions catch up to him. That is the summation of my position for anyone who cares to know it.

The Karmelo Anthony verdict shows that the justice system has reverted back to the Jim Crow South era. It is no longer about evidence. It is no longer about right or wrong. It is about keeping racial score through the prosecution and imprisonment of Black people. It was no surprise that an all white jury would find a 19 year old kid, who was bullied and harassed by two 6’1” bullies, guilty of murder while he was minding his business. We have seen this story before. A young Black man is put on trial, and somehow the burden shifts from what happened to him, to why he should not have defended himself. The facts become secondary. The optics become everything. The outcome feels predetermined long before the verdict is read. People will tell you not to make it about race. But race has always been part of the story in America. The hard truth is that many Black people no longer believe they will receive the benefit of the doubt when their freedom is on the line. And verdicts like this are exactly why. At some point, we have to stop pretending that everyone is playing by the same set of rules. Because the people watching this case saw something very different than what that jury claimed to see.

🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING RECKLESS BEN v BRICKS AND MINIFIGS UPDATE It's been said by most reporting on the story that the consignment deal between Chrystal Gorman and Brian Mansell was permitted by BAM in their franchising agreement. THIS IS FACTUALLY FALSE ❌❌❌ According to Section 8 C (first image) of that very same agreement, franchisees are expressly PROHIBITED from selling products not purchased from approved vendors/suppliers. Section 1 A (second image), which has been collectively misinterpreted as permission to consign product as Chrystal did, permits franchisees to consign SERVICES (such as third-party labor for birthday parties), not PRODUCTS (physical inventory). This is a key difference which completely changes what most have been told up to this point. It should also be noted this document was released ALTERED with wording cropped out that any consignment SERVICES must be approved by BAM. So even if this WAS permission to consign as Chrystal and Reckless Ben have falsely claimed, it would STILL invalidate Chrystal's LEGO consignment. This CONFIRMS BAM's claim that they do not allow consignment at their stores. Reckless Ben has been CAUGHT LYING once again!
