@EM203LDavidson Hey Lev, I completely agree. Although I’ve been using this platform for a couple years, it wasn’t until this class that I really gained a better appreciation. In regards to the sharing of educational news, very few platforms offer a better experience!

The first few lessons of EM203 have been very eye opening, helping me to understand further the significance of social media, specifically Twitter/X. Lesson 2 in specific, how do you learn in the digital age, has helped me understand different learning styles. #EM203Robin

@EM203hquerney Hello Harrison, I hope all is well. I think that the comic strip introduction was a great ice breaker! Not only did I get to learn more about my classmates, but I also gained a better understanding of how they perceive themselves. I’m looking forward to these upcoming weeks!

The first three weeks have been a success in EM 203! I had an opportunity to get to know some of my classmates with their comics, and then I was able to connect with multiple classmates on Twitter. In week three, I succeeded in learning Soduko by trial and error. #EM203Robin

@EM2023emileyt Hi Emiley, you brought up a great point! Todays digital age places a huge precedence on completing as much as possible, in the shortest duration. However, this could really hurt us, as well as the quality of our work. Great post!

Multitasking is a blessing and a curse! It allows us to complete many different tasks at the same time, which is beneficial in the digital age we live in. However, sometimes doing so causes us to suffer in performance for certain things as we focus on others #EM203robin

@EM203alexb Hello Alex, I couldn’t agree more. Just like everyone else, I find myself multitasking from time to time. And what I’ve noticed is that the quality of my work seems to always be effected. Thus, employers should instead be placing an emphasis on focused direct tasks. Great post!

We live in an age where employers emphasize the importance of solid multi-tasking skills when in actuality, multi-tasking has proven to have adverse effects on the performance of tasks being performed simultaneously. Are these really the skills we want to prioritize? #EM203Robin
