From "Engaging students through multimodal learning... " by M. Sankey, the concept of multimodal learning is very interesting. The thing that stood out is that social media can help us to learn in ways we may not have expected combining different delivery methods. #EM203Robin

@EM203RSanders Hey Ryan, for me I am a hands on and doing type of learner as well so this class has been right up my alley. I have a feeling that is a common trend for many students in this day and age and is another reason why this class is so relevant and applicable to today.

Hands on and doing seems to be the theme. Look, listen and try has worked so far these last 3 weeks for me, but wonder if those that are more thinkers than doers are having the same experiece? #EM203Robin

Learning in 280 Characters or Less has been extremely eye-opening. In the first 3 weeks, I have already learnt about different learners both in digital and non-digital ways. I am looking forward to seeing what I learn next!! #EM203Robin

@VanSchepenMark Hey Mark, I think social media is not only going to be used as a method of teaching students current topics but it will also become a course or program individuals may be able to take in the future as it becomes more integral to everyone's day to day lives.

@EM203JacobR Hey Jacob, I'm glad this class has already been helpful in helping you find a productive style of learning that best suits you and we are only 3 weeks in! I personally feel as if this could be beneficial to me and will try to implement it going forward.

Through the first 3 weeks of this course, I have found cognitivism to be a successful style of learning for me. Meaning I think best when I think about how I’m thinking and how I’m going to approach things. #EM203Robin

So far in EM203, I have really enjoyed the course and learned a lot, including the constructivist learning approach. I really appreciate the hands on learning compared to other classes, as it keeps me engaged and on my toes! #EM203ROBIN
