This week in #EM203Robin, I learned about the use of multimedia in education. What stood out to me the most is how in order for the multimodal approach to be effective, the most appropriate modality must be used to present information, such as presenting verbal information orally

The first three classes of EM203 have been very insightful. Through my learning groups I learned about behaviouralism reward/punishment system. I also learned that multitasking limits our ability to recall information. #EM203Robin

@EM203kmcanuff Hey Kendra, for the past four weeks, I’ve really enjoyed EM203! It’s made me think a lot more about learning. Plus, the “ get to know me” task was such a fun way to start the course. It really opened the door for engaging interactions.

@EM203lhoerath I’m finding EM203 engaging as well! I’ve also noticed that when courses encourage more interaction, it helps to solidify concepts in a way that just reading or listening doesn't.

So far, EM203 has taught me a lot about learning through a variety of engaging and interactive methods! It is especially interesting to be able to interact with other classmates through the discussion board. #EM203Robin
