In the fight against world hunger, we must tackle the systemic issues of over-consumption and resource greed in developed nations. We must change the cultural norms by implementing a widespread social media campaign discouraging gluttonous behaviour. Tell me your thoughts below!

@andersen_inger This is an issue that I have been studying for some time now. How close is the UN to achieving its goal of zero hunger?

@EM203LaMantia I have really enjoyed the first two weeks as well - I would have never learned about technology's drastic effects on learning & education if I hadn't taken EM203!

Throughout the first two weeks, we highlighted upon the impact on learning about ourselves, and where we stand in the digital age, how technology has impacted the way we learn, and significant 21st century learning skills needed to excel in a digital environment. #EM203Robin

@EM203JonahLasko The first 3 lessons of EM203 were very insightful indeed. It is astonishing how much the digital age affects our learning in ways that we don't consciously realize - EM203 highlights this magnitude.

I have just finished the first three lessons of #EM203Robin. First we learned about the impacts of the digital age. Next we focused on learning theories. My group looked at connectivism. Finally, this week we’re learning about the 3 M’s: multi-media multi-modal and multitasking!

@VanSchepenMark I also really enjoyed reading Sankey's piece - social media has definitely transformed the way we learn and intake information - from sharing opinions and perspectives, to live news updates, social media is truly an evolutionary learning tool!

From "Engaging students through multimodal learning... " by M. Sankey, the concept of multimodal learning is very interesting. The thing that stood out is that social media can help us to learn in ways we may not have expected combining different delivery methods. #EM203Robin

@bowe4260 100% Dylan, Dom Murray's blog was truly thought provoking. The blog naturally begs the question, are we too reliant on tech in this day and age?

Dom Murray's blog on How Technology has changed the way we learn was very interesting. I enjoyed learning about the "external brain" phenomenon in which tech-savvy people are more reliant on tech to remember things! #EM203Robin

@macc3120 Great Post! Learning can come in many unique and exciting forms - for example, learning a new game. Sudoku is a favorite of mine!
