@Em203NArcher Hi Nia! A problem I identified in your concept map is that many students may struggle to get 7-8 hours of sleep each day due to the overwhelming amount of homework and responsibilities students are given! Getting 8 hours of sleep is vital for maintaining our health

I feel the same way! Ive really been expanding my knowledge just from constant trial and error attempts to learn something new! Learning by doing is an amazing approach to get yourself to try something new and learn things you never thought you’d try!
I have learned so much so fast in this course. I did not realize how important 'learning by doing' truly was. This hands on approach is something I will be integrating into my learning going forward. #EM203Robin
