All school-aged children in Uruguay are given laptops. Because of this, it was easy to switch to online learning when schools were closed. This also ensured no child was disadvantaged by not having the same access to computer equipment.

@EM203MatthewM Hey Matt, this is definitely a problem that's beginning to arise with the introduction of remote learning. The assumption that everyone has access to internet & a device, though optimistic, is not true.

I think a problem associated with urban sprawl is the high concentration of people living in cities, leading to overpopulation and difficulty attaining sufficient resources for said location @EM203Emma #em203problems

Reflecting back on how I learn, I definitely use multi-media when I'm trying to learn new things, such as me trying to sing a song in german. Although I am a digital native, I learned that I am unable to multi-task aside from listening to music. #EM203Robin

In the first three weeks of this class, I have learned so much interesting knowledge. For example, I learned about each of the 3 M's; being Multi-media, Multi-model, and Multi-tasking. I did a fun experiment involving those 3 M's which really put me to the test! #EM203Robin

During my co-op term I have enrolled in the course "Learning in 280 Characters or Less". It poses the opportunity to understand different learning styles and approaches. This week I tested my learning by doing while coding a website! Thank goodness for the internet. #EM203Robin
