In order to battle the effects of the pandemic, exercise and ensuring individuals leave the house daily are important to maintain or develop positive mental health.

Of the many concepts covered within the first 2 weeks of EM203, one that is particularly relevant and something we students have been adapting to for a while is how to learn in a digital age. Constructivism helped strengthen my understanding of this topic. #EM203Robin
