Hey @TheeCesar_Palos I was scrolling through your page and was wondering if you had any recommendations for students who are feeling overwhelmed while trying to balance everyday life stressors and heavy work loads.

Hi @Carizon after reviewing the details of your upcoming workshop on the importance of a coach's relationship with athletes, I was curious if you could provide a recommendation for athletes playing through the pandemic.

In order to battle the effects of the pandemic, exercise and ensuring individuals leave the house daily are important to maintain or develop positive mental health.

Online education has been a major contributor to the declining states of mental health. It is important to highlight solutions and provide resources for students in order to promote positive attitudes which translate into academic success in the future. #EM203Robin #EM203Problem

It is important to remember to seek help from available resources while continuing to support people around you. Specifically for university students, the transition back to in person learning can be stressful, therefore continue to reach out for support when needed! #EM203Robin

The COVID-19 Pandemic has not been enjoyable to many people. This is a suggestion to visit a mental health professional if Corona Virus has affected your financial situation, relationship, or general peace of mind.

Another key detail to quality education is flexibility. The ability for a student to do work on their own time can be very beneficial to their learning style. @EM203kylecass #em203problems

@EM203BNoll I’ve also been interested with the how relatable the lessons discovered in class are to our learning experiences involving the many lockdowns we have experienced in Ontario!

@EM203EBoire Hey Eve, I also find it interesting how each person has had to learn how to adapt to online learning based on their own specific learning tendencies

After the first few weeks of EM203, I have learned how the evolution of technology has changed the way that students learn and that each person has their own learning style that works best for them. #EM203Robin

@EM203RGabriele I also find the adaption to online learning environments to be relevant. I would be interested to understand the theory of constructivism better in order to further enhance my learning

Of the many concepts covered within the first 2 weeks of EM203, one that is particularly relevant and something we students have been adapting to for a while is how to learn in a digital age. Constructivism helped strengthen my understanding of this topic. #EM203Robin

Through the first couple lessons, I have found the content to be very engaging. In particular, the Tony Bates reading has added to my understanding of constructivism and made me aware of the many benefits this learning theory offers. #EM203Robin

Of the many concepts discussed through the first lessons of EM203, my focus on learning by doing in the Tony Bates reading helped to deepen my understanding specifically related to experiential learning. I found this reading very insightful and relevant to today. #EM203Robin
