@_timothy_drake @JeffreySiegler @joshua_dugal @BraithwaiteMD As far as QA/QI, NAEMSP has some very good resources as well as the Center for Patient Safety. They are starting a series of webinars monthly over the next year on the topic.

@JeffreySiegler @joshua_dugal @BraithwaiteMD @EMSMD We create our own guidelines for patient care, but some things like QA/QI and ethics and more emergency medicine type stuff aren’t his forte. Our guidelines are created by a pane of Paramedics, NPs, and physicians.

Does anyone have resources for an EMS director who is in over their head? Ours isn't an EM physician and he's been struggling a lot, and we're trying to find resources for him. Looked through NAEMSP's website. #ems #medicaldirector
