It’s good though It banish for cost to activate effects so it’s annoying to interact with, then you get back the bodies you used for those effects next turn So I’d think about it like a snowball, where after each turn you become stronger than the last, but that’s just not how YGO is played now, and their first turn set up is good but not strong enough to be meta good

@AlterRetroDKCN Beehive was too good as a wincon so it has to be nerfed And yes, it does automatically reduce cards after 3 copies but you can also manually reduce any nonbasic cards

#MaidenTCG This card might be a bit too good It’s a win condition by itself by giving free bodies, and warps the game into this mini-game of trying to drop a Beehive at the top row and usually you just win from this position Bases should have more counterplays I think

@LampsonMcStand When you go for the FTK combo, Gaap will turn them face up without activating their flip effects so the big guys are actually just the same as the small ones, don’t actually protect your combo So I reduced their numbers so I’ll only search them when I can’t do the FTK

@CharlesTitor_YS That’s because my approach isn’t “just FTK”, as I said I only try to do it if I draw into it, otherwise the deck is a fairly normal Enneacraft deck that does Enneacraft things, it doesn’t need to actually FTK to win

Thing is, you gotta take this argument and throw it at sth like that Mitsurugi FTK This Enneacraft FTK isn’t even consistent, I have zero way to search both pieces of the FTK except by hard drawing into them It’s a stupid idea that I’m messing around with because I’m bored, and not supposed to be a good thing to do win-rate-wise So when someone look at this and say “you know this is why ppl don’t want to play MD”, I’m just baffled

Everyone is clowning on casual’s takes about Molecule Man, and missing the point. The card isn’t broken or ban worthy, is it IS going to make Bracket 2-3 games miserable if the table isn’t prepared for it. I think that’s what people are trying to articulate.

I guess it’s an unpopular opinion since I’ve seen many tweets wanting the CotH alt art to be Pumpking-theme, but I think an alt art promo for a big tournament like YCSJ should look good first, so it’s probably the right choice not going for the Pumpking option
