I wanted to share some of my thoughts on today's Supreme Court decision on affirmative action:

We promised Victorians that we'd build a dedicated Victorian Heart Hospital. We said it'd be the very first in the country. And today, we opened it.

My thoughts on the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Our teams are working as hard as they can to provide the best possible care to you and your loved ones. Violence and aggression in our hospitals are unacceptable. While we care for you, please care about the people around you.

Here’s to Emergency Medicine day. It may be tough but I wouldn’t do any other speciality. I love the variety, the pace, the ability to make a visible difference daily. I love the ride and I Iove the people I work with who share my passion! Thank you all. #EmergencyMedicineDay

I have always felt some anticipatory anxiety before working a shift in the emergency department.

I cannot overstate the difference that excellent nursing care makes to patients outcomes. I don't think we say this enough in medicine.

@cshah621 Too common. This is why we introduced the one way referral for ED. The first person you refer to needs to see the patient and refer on themselves to the next if appropriate.
