288 @IndianOilcl @HPCL @BPCLimited Now, coming to the MDG 2012 amendment 2017 as “allegedly” proposed to be amended as part of the “settlement” in terms of “talk/discussion” as submitted before the SC qua the attached “SM Document”, do understand the TOILETS are not meant for CUSTOMERS/PUBLIC/ANYONE in line with the PR, 2002 as reiterated by the DB of Delhi HC vide LPA 2022 should remain untouched given that first, the Petroleum Retail Outlet Dealer is not a JANITOR and second, any value added service has a COST and should be BORNE by the USER if at all Dealer permits to USE the Toilet - Product Delivery Determination from the DUs is an exclusive domain of the Legal Metrology Officer (LMO) qua the Legal Metrology Laws and should remain thus; penal consequences are statutorily defined and remain an exclusive responsibility of the LMO and only the LMO. Focus on Ensuring the DUs are Non Temperable and ensure all responsibilities towards that lie with you and the OEMs and their Engineers on ground - no more passing the buck; Licence to Repair, LR-3 should be the norm and not an exception… And what is this Minimum Service Obligation (MSO)? I am sure you are aware of @PNGRB_ ? The PNGRB Act has more on your Statutory Service Obligations towards Consumer - Let us know what are Premium Fuels to begin with…
