🚨Exclusive: ICE says they arrested Salvadoran criminal illegal immigrant Jose Navarro Henriquez in Virginia after an 18-month sentence for two convictions for sexually assaulting a child.  ICE says: - Virginia’s Herndon Police Department arrested Navarro on Nov. 2, 2024, for multiple sex crimes involving a child, including carnal knowledge of a child between the ages of 13 and 14, incest with a child, aggravated sexual battery, sexual abuse as a custodian, and solicitation of prostitution from a child.     - The Fairfax County Circuit Court convicted him of two counts of carnal knowledge of a child on Sept. 15, 2025. The judge in his case sentenced him to five years in prison for each count, but ordered that the sentences run concurrently and suspended three years and six months. The other charges — seven in total — were not prosecuted by Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano.
