Never ever let it be said the power of prayer doesn’t work. We asked - you stepped up - and Rocky is home. He had a massive and horrid infection under the wound, so a big op to get it all out - coupled with a spectacular dose of antibiotics. We stayed up with his Dad, (couldn’t go to bed not knowing) exchanging messages, watching and waiting, and at 2.15am the call came. He was going to be ok. He’s tired - he’s resting - and Dad Charlie is at his side, (he’s exhausted too). But THANK YOU - positive thoughts work, love shown works, prayers work. Rocky the absolute Rockstar has pulled through and we can all breathe a sigh of relief. Bless you all for being involved and for caring so much. Reality? Brackens definitely heading in the right direction with her legs. She’s tried a bit of weight training this morning by dragging 10kg Rowen around 🤣🤣 She won’t be quite so happy when she realises we are about to head to Water treadmill and that she’s being upped to twice a week

10 years ago today, we awarded gentle giant Whizz the PDSA Order of Merit 🏅 Whizz had a 10-year water rescue career, and saved nine people and a dog from drowning. He also touched hundreds of lives as a fundraiser and therapy dog. Show Whizz some love 💕
