@ESRX BEWARE PEOPLE. I tried to switch an Eliquis prescription to Express Scripts. site quoted $306.30 for 90 day supply but at check out they bate & switched the price to $555 for 30 or 90 days (not sure). This company is known for their "small print", beware before you order.

@ESRX @ExpressScripts worst company ever…. I have never seen a company that deals with people’s medication mess up so severely bad on a repeat basis.

@ESRX just was informed that if I utilize you for a controlled substance script that I cannot count on having on time deliveries. I have my script sent in a month before It is allowed to be refilled and yet you will not process it until a certain date and then it arrives late

@ESRX just saying your pharmacy personnel canceled my medication didn't tell me for 2 weeks went to get snd can't mail but you customer service was the only saving grace. They even called a welfare check to make sure I was ok. Pharmacy sucks but customer service awesome

@ESRX is a joke. Call customer service and see for yourself. The process to get prescription filled is painful. The reps don’t know what’s they are doing so they cause confusion for you and your doctor. Do yourself a favor and get your meds filled at your local pharmacy.

@ESRX #ExpressScripts has horrible Customer Service! Either Automated or Human is bad. The Human seems to be speaking from a script! NO HELP! If there is a mistake, I will wait for them to contact me with SOMEONE that CAN Help!
