@DoD_DHA I’ve been without my CGM SUPPLIES , for over a month now. My pancreas has lesions that cause an overproduction of insulin, and @ESRX @ExpressScripts denied my prior authorization even though Ive been wearing a CGM since 2021 @RobertKennedyJr

@ESRX Worst Company. Their Call Center is not in the US. Here's an example of their CS Agent leaving me a message while talking to someone else.

@ESRX A cut and paste reply yall give yo everyone doesn’t seem like anyone is invested in actually helping people. My Dr has filed an appeal. If that is denied lawyer specializing in medicine and malpractice is next.

@ESRX I’ve worn a CGM since 2021. My pancreas has a lesion on it that causes me to overproduce insulin. Which means I have low blood sugar more than 50% of the time. My Dr, put in a new prior authorization because the one I had expired and #ExpressScripts denied it.

@ESRX BEWARE PEOPLE. I tried to switch an Eliquis prescription to Express Scripts. site quoted $306.30 for 90 day supply but at check out they bate & switched the price to $555 for 30 or 90 days (not sure). This company is known for their "small print", beware before you order.

@ESRX just was informed that if I utilize you for a controlled substance script that I cannot count on having on time deliveries. I have my script sent in a month before It is allowed to be refilled and yet you will not process it until a certain date and then it arrives late
