The level of frustration I feel with @ExpressScripts is beyond my limits. My doctor changed my prescription last week, sent it in twice and they still do not have it. I will miss a dose and am not eligible for a courtesy fill because Humira is so expensive. 1/2

@ExpressScripts Very disappointed. 04/24 my doc sent e-script for KCl. You notified me order up on 04/28. I responded same day & confirmed order. You're not shipping until 05/06, so will come around 05/11. I will run out before hand. You've slowed down in processing badly.

@ExpressScripts I hate your new phone tree. It's awful. I hate calling in. You have made it much more difficult to reach a human. I promise you if I'm calling it's basically a crisis and also cannot be dealt-with online or using an automated phone tree. If I had a choice I would certainly not use express scripts and it's comical to even ask.

@ExpressScripts Yes, I did that yesterday morning and had no follow-up. It has been over 24 hours now, and no one has been able to tell me why my Rx is delayed or how to get the Rx on file at the local pharmacy filled because your system is not allowing me to do so

Terminally-ill cancer patient needs #180 oxycodone 5mg tablets filled. They’ve met their OOP for the year with @WellcarePlans, so all of their co-pays are now $0 at the pharmacy counter for the rest of the year. @WellcarePlans pay us $12.15 for those #180 tablets while they pay the Walmart down the road $80.07 for the same prescription on the same insurance plan! How the fuck is that even close to being fair? Walmart and our independent pharmacy are both standard “in-network” pharmacies by @CMSGov standards. Why the huge discrepancy in reimbursements? Where are you at @FTC, how are the other 2 settlements with the large PBMs going? @WellcarePlans uses @ExpressScripts as their wonderful PBM! The same entity you all “settled” up with a few short months ago. This is why your local pharmacies are shutting down nationwide. The playing field is no where close to being fair.

@ExpressScripts This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I called for a prescription for my husband on 4/14, they said it would be sent and was not sent. A week ago. Today I received nothing but excuses. 45 minutes. Then told another 7 days. My husband has 4 pills left.

@ExpressScripts sucks! I have arthritis in every joint of my body and I have Crohn’s disease. Because of Crohns I’m unable to take anti inflammatory medication. Because of this I have difficulty sleeping through the night, without assistance from a sleep medication I wake up every hour due to pain. They have denied my medication and think they know better than my Dr. on how to treat me.
