Alyssa Morales is celebrating many firsts. She is a first-generation student in her family, as well as the first ever Lopez Scholar at UTEP to graduate. When she was in second grade, she wrote that she one day wanted to become a teacher. Well, she made it! Alyssa plans to become an elementary school teacher here in El Paso and pursue a master’s degree. Congratulations, Alyssa! @utepcoe
