For my money, Justin Witmer has been the best hitter in the county through the first two weeks. Damascus has played Xposure 4A #6, 4A #10, 3A #1, 3A #10 and a talented Blair team. Against great opponent after great opponent he's slashing .500 AVG/1.66 OPS 3 2Bs, 2 HR, 9 RBI.

I was finally able to play golf in Maryland yesterday. I played a course named Beaver Creek in Hagerstown, MD I hooked a drive through the trees and it almost made it across this ice covered pond. I shot 84 which isn’t good for me but considering I have played once in the last 2 months it wasn’t too bad. I’ve watched the Presidents State of the Union speech every year of my adult life! It didn’t matter who the President was! As an American I always felt it was the right thing to do. I still feel that way and will always feel that way! I watched President Barack Obama 8 times and even though I didn’t vote for him I watched. Every single politician who decides to not participate is not a true American and should forever be remembered as such. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’m leaving beautiful Cody, WY and heading back to Maryland. I would love to live in Cody but I was under the impression it was too cold in Wyoming. Just might have to reconsider. Here’s a simple fielding drill every kid should be doing! All you need is a glove, a ball and a wall! You don’t need a coach with a fungo hitting you short hops from 6 feet away! That’s eyewash for the cameras! If you want to get better you have to practice.
