ICYMI: N/B FDR is going to be further bottlenecked by NYC DOT - they’re removing a crucial lane heading to the Triboro (I-278+I-95) and Willis (I-87). (The last time they did this was at Houston street-that now causes traffic jams because majority of traffic is thru traffic).
