A customer opened account in icici bank It's has passed more than one month but he is unable use NetBanking or other mobile banking services because whenever he tried login shows number not registered plz help.

@KotakBankLtd@RBI This is my account number I visited to Kotak Mahindra for depositing cash they refused and returned me by saying You can only deposit 10000 in your account per month if it will excess Extra charges would be applied,Is it according to Rbi Guidelines.

My Atm card returned ,for reissue i visited Titwala branch returned me and said go u will not get again
I also asked passbook they refused me say we don't have passbook,plz assist me or close.
@IndiaPostOffice I tracked this article shows reached destination,and visited particular post office twice ,But refused and returned me saying we didn't receive it plz assist me where is my article or Postman.

I visited Titwala Branch For collecting customer Passbook they refused me saying we don't have passbook stock whenever any customer visit they give same reason. Kindly assist we assist you.
