@TheCryptoDaddi i’ve had reactions on my abdomen, itchy and a lumps under the skin. i don’t think i was letting the alcohol dry before pinning, injecting too fast and injecting cold.

Getting site reactions from your peptides? Here are some helpful tips to avoid/minimize them:
- Take an Anti-Histamine like Fexofenadine (Non-drowsy) 1-2 hours before pinning
- Let the peptides get to room temperature (I usually pull the peptide into the syringe and let the syringe sit out for 15-20 min before pinning)
- Consider pinning Lower (near your glutes)
- With clean hands gently massage the site after pinning for 20-30 seconds

4 of the worst peptide side effects I've ever felt:
>MT2 turning my moles darker (got them checked, terrifying but all good)
>CJC/Ipamorelin flooding me with water and numb, tingling hands
>Semaglutide nausea that killed my appetite for days
>MOTS-c leaving red, welted injection sites that itched for hours
now just out of pure curiosity, what's the wildest side effect you've ever felt?

It’s been almost a year since I discovered Retatrutide and fell down the peptide rabbit hole.
I had already started TRT, but after Retatrutide I began researching Tesamorelin, easily one of the best decisions I’ve made.
More than anything, those compounds gave me the motivation to become consistent again. After 20 years of yo-yo dieting and on-and-off gym habits, I finally found something that helped me stay committed.
The peptides I ran most consistently were Retatrutide, Tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, and KPV. Along the way I also experimented with MOTS-C, glutathione, DSIP, Epitalon, MT2, and several others. Some I’ll continue using, others I won’t.
At 44, I’m finally at a body composition I’m genuinely happy with. From here, the plan is to simplify things and maintain with TRT, HGH, and a low dose of Retatrutide.

🧪 Day 100 on retatrutide.
If you told me 100 days ago I’d still be here posting every week, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
Some stats so far:
• BMI: 42.7 → 37.6
• HbA1c: Prediabetic → Normal
• Resting heart rate: 74 → 64 bpm
• Blood pressure is down.
• Almost no side effects.
I’ve learned a lot over these last 100 days.
Some things surprised me.
Some things were harder than I expected.
Some things were a lot easier than I made them out to be.
I’m just glad I decided to document it instead of keeping it to myself.
Here’s to the next 100.

My UFC credential has already been revoked so I’ve got nothing to lose.
Here’s the truth:
Conor & team informed Dana earlier in the week that he had a knee injury.
Dana told them the show MUST go on.
No refunds.
Because of the financial implications McGregor was forced to try.
People inside became aware that McGregor was comprised, and THAT’S why the betting line moved significantly prior to walkouts.
But since in excess of 80% + of the bets AND money legally wagered were on McGregor, this allowed the UFC’s sportsbook partners to win tens of millions in profit from unsuspecting (and uninformed) customers.
Shameful and disgusting business practice for the sake of pure greed, all at the expense of their own fans.

@ChaseIrons Chase, do you know any good peptides you would suggest for women with hashimotos? I read BPC157 is a good one but wanted to see if you had any suggestions for autoimmune diseases. Thanks man.

David “Steve” Askin, New Zealand SAS, photographed after a 5 hour firefight at the
InterContinental Hotel in Kabul, Afghanistan, June 29, 2011.
When the Taliban stormed the hotel, Askin and his fellow operators were on hand mentoring local forces and were pulled into the fight as Afghan police were nearly overwhelmed.
Wounded by both grenade and rifle fire, losing part of his ear in the battle, he carried on with his mission and pulled guests out of the hotel as flames spread through the building.
The image of him walking away from the scene, helmet off and bleeding from the head, became one of the defining photographs of New Zealand’s war in Afghanistan.
In 2014 he was awarded the New Zealand Gallantry Star, the country’s second-highest decoration for valor, the citation noting that he repeatedly faced heavy fire from determined enemies and sustained several wounds while protecting civilian life.
He enlisted in 1998, served until 2013, and remained active in the SAS reserves after.
Then comes the part that makes his story hit so hard. Askin became a civilian helicopter pilot back home in New Zealand, and on February 14, 2017, he was killed when his Squirrel helicopter crashed while fighting the Port Hills bushfires near Christchurch.
He died trying to save lives in his own community, the same way he had on the other side of the world. He was a husband and father of two.
A warrior to the very end.
Not forgotten.
