Hi @easyJet , twice I have tried to register a complaint via your website and both times it crashed before I could submit. Is this a way of reducing complaints?

My 14 yr old daughter went on her first school trip to Madrid with @easyJet. At check in she was by told to put her bag in the sizing frame. We made sure the bag was the correct size. However they told her it was too big and charged her £48 causing some distress. Shame on you.

@easyJet In light of the above situation, I will appreciate an explanation as well as a compensation as I still find it extremely difficult to understand why that charge was made; I paid it involuntarily just so I don't miss the flight, which had already ran behind schedule (Glagow-Paris)

Some one tell me the answer. Why oh why does Easyjet pull people in with supposed cheap flights 12th July Bordeaux to Manchester £57 and when selected jumps to £145. Why are the allowed to do this? @easyJet please respond

@easyJet Our flight from Hurghada was cancelled and we were only rebooked 2 days later. Because of this delay, we missed our connecting flight to Portugal and had to cover additional expenses. We need urgent assistance. This situation has caused disruption to our travel plans.
