A big shout out to Mia who looked after my husband on our flight on Sunday to Krakow from Gatwick. (EZY8821) He is a nervous flyer and she kept coming to check on him throughout the flight. She is a credit to @easyJet. Also the captain was very informative throughout the flight.

@easyJet just check’d our family in and EasyJet have allocated us seats with my 12 and 8 year old sat away from an adult. Called EasyJet and nothing they can do about it 🤯

@easyJet hi, just wondering why is it acceptable to seat a 6yr old away from their adult? Surely a child that young wouldn't be expected to fly alone? Disappointing.

@easyJet Hi, please can you tell me how I apply for a refund of a flight which was delayed more than 5 hours? I did not fly on the delayed flight as I booked a later Easyjet flight rather than wait in the departure lounge for 10 hours.
