@easyJet horrendous queues for passport control this morning departing Lisbon - why don't you recommend travellers arrive 3 or even 4 hours early rather than 2 hours ? Obviously you would also need to open bag drop earlier as well ?

@easyJet can I get some clarity as to why we was delayed almost 2hrs sat on the tarmac this morning from Manchester EZY2275. Captain said “domestic incident” however I overheard air stewards saying it was a security threat issue. Nearby seats were searched and 3 people removed.

@easyJet are an absolute rip off and the worst customer service ever! We booked 2 flights to Lanzarote and need to change the flight dates now due to unforseen circumstances but you are trying to charge over double what the flight cost in 'admin fees' to change a simple date???

@easyJet why do you refuse to refund reasonable costs incurred from you cancelling a flight? I’ve spent hours on the phone with your useless call centre for them to keep changing the goalposts. Shocking customer service.

@easyJet hello 👋 I've just booked a holiday 🥳🥳 Just to make you aware, when you select a departure airport to search, and select Belfast All, it brings up BFS and BHD, which is right, but also brings up London Southend. Little bug in the system somewhere! 🐛

@easyJet your UI on both web and mobile app is diabolical when trying to cancel a flight. There are no links on radio buttons that allow you to do this. You get sent round in a revolving spiral with no way to do this nor is there a customer service number to call. Please fix this
