@easyJet Hi, please can you tell me how I apply for a refund of a flight which was delayed more than 5 hours? I did not fly on the delayed flight as I booked a later Easyjet flight rather than wait in the departure lounge for 10 hours.

@ZARA_Care The receipt says return by 16th Jan but most companies extend their return period for Christmas so I wondered if you have? If I miss the date for a refund can I exchange/credit note still?

@tado Does the tado X preheat before you wake up? This is just as important (if not more so) than heating before I 'arrive'. I set my schedule for 21°C at 6am, but the heating seemed to come on at that time, rather making sure it was at that temp at that time..

@Kilbybooty Hello Lisa, to change the bank account the DD is being taken from for your QuickBooks subscription, go to sign into QuickBooks on a browser>go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing. Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎. Then edit and save. (1/2)
