Re: Plateau state massacre. I just saw gory videos of the killings, so permit me to break character and share my 2 kobo. I volunteered for a Foundation called SELL. They are a Catholic sponsored youth education group, primarily based in Bauchi and Jos. The founder is a Plateau man and was a key conflict mediator and peace negotiator during the 2010 Jos crisis. He told me stories. When Christian boys were fed up with the attacks on their communities and the retaliation began, not even CAN and the Catholic Bishop Conference could stop them. Christian Plateau boys were eating the flesh of their victims and playing soccer with human skulls on the streets. It was chaos. Ice Prince and MI constantly reference the Jos crisis in their songs. Again, the government can continue paying lip service to the constant attacks by Fulani Terrorists on Christian communities in Plateau, but when the push back starts, I hope it will not be too late.
