Probably old news to many of you but I just discovered that Skeletor sent this very cringe poem to Sadiq Khan in 2017.

@helenlewis I can explain: Imagine if Hannah Spencer had just spent the past 3 months relenetlessly slagging off Novara Media, The Rest is Politics, and all the indepedent smaller channels too, calling normal people clueless amateurs etc, and then expected those people to defend her.

@PolitlcsUK @FindoutnowUK This is what the left wants. Why does Restore seriously want to take votes from Reform - which are the ONLY real chance the right wing has.

'Discrimination': Noun: "the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people". This Labour government should be ashamed.

@PeterMcCormack … the straight white men who just aren’t really that clued up, you’re left with the 21% vote split between Reform and Restore (primarily angry and disenfranchised straight white men).

@PeterMcCormack Basically, you’ve got (a significant portion for all of the following)) of the women voting environmental, the minorities voting for for free gibs, open borders and EDI, and the g@ys voting for lgbt. Once you tally out all of those, and then the apolitical and non-voters, and…

The fact Reform think this is something to celebrate is why they have declined and plateaued in the polls. People don't want the uniparty rebuilt by gathering its refugees under a teal gazebo. They want an alternative to the establishment. Which is why Restore Britain exists.

@Haryan_Glaeddyv Think the Burnham play has backfired on Starmer, with Labour losing to Greens and Burnham getting lots more publicity as a rival within the party

@Haryan_Glaeddyv Sure, but the Offord case was also an example of someone switching party. If Starmer is putting Khan in the Lords it’s a clear instance of him not intending to stand him in a GE

Haryan Glaeddyv - Tories Delenda Est
@EconomicErudite Lords can just rescind their peerage, Malcolm Offord did this, it's only ever used by parties to stuff their party into the chambre and also allow non-elected politicians to get into the cabinet. Eg:

@Haryan_Glaeddyv This is actually a good thing. Peers can’t stand for election to the commons - it has been used in the past (not in this instance I don’t imagine) as a way of getting rid of problematic politicians. One of the big Tory mistakes was preventing Farage’s peerage, to give an example

@TharriesYT @blackpage01 When is the last time we had a right wing government in office? Lord Salisbury’s government that ended in 1902? Maybe? The last group you can blame for Britain’s woes is the right.
