@ecotricity why is it that I’m supposedly on your cheapest tariff, I live alone in a one bedroom flat and yet my usage has gone from 70-80 pound when I first moved in to 218 as of the latest quote. This is a joke

@ecotricity Our communal bills are incorrect by over ?450 per month.
We need you to visit NOW but you won't because a factor is the account name. We cannot wait for them to get you to come out. We are paying the bills. This is urgent and possibly wasting energy.

@ecotricity since joining not once have I gone over budget on my display. You’ve put my DD up from £137 to £169 today as I’m in debit by £76.99. Surely I’ll make that up through the summer?

@ecotricity We've tried that and they won't speak to us as the property management company is the account name. We will just campaign to switch companies as there is clearly a problem

Dear @ecotricity when I left you, you told me I wasn't paying enough & I was in debt to you over £200.00.
I kept my direct debit at the same price as you when I joined @OctopusEnergy , I'm now £800.00 in credit.

@edwinhastweets Hi Edwin, you are responsible from the start date of your tenancy agreement. Did you take a picture of the meter on this day? If not I'm sure the letting agency will have noted down the meter reading or taken a picture themselves. Please ask them and then send it over to us!😊

@ecotricity My tenancy had already started, but I didn't move in until nearly a week later. I'm not sure how much gas I could have used in that time.
