@HotpointUK my wife is attempting to find out if our induction hob is working properly or not. We need a question answered about whether it should pulse on and off continuously. We are getting absolutely nowhere with the WhatsApp chat. It’s descending into farce. Help!!

Wow - trains worse than planes! A guard on this @LumoTravel train spotted my (safely stowed) cello, and ordered me to go and stand with it in the corridor (for 3 ½ hours). Musical instruments aren’t allowed - if I’d seen you on the platform I wouldn’t have let you on.’ Charmed…

@TfL overground signal failure yesterday still not resolved. That’s fine, but please at least update the monitors and planner to reflect this! Phantom 7:17 from Richmond didn’t exist and nothing leaving for an hour. This after getting off the mainline train with no announcement

@TfL Our train broke at twickenham so a double load arrived on the next train when we got to Richmond. Fantastic idea to have a group of ticket inspectors at the exit to the platform creating a bottleneck meaning nobody can get on and off the train properly or connect. Seriously?
