@SimonCalder I was asked to provide evidence of accommodation in Spain at the frontier with Gibraltar. I was staying with a friend but they asked for a ‘Carta de invitacion’ from my host. Can you investigate? This is happening more frequently.

@RachelWardbooks I bought a mop and bucket online. When it arrived it was miniature size and was only suitable for cleaning the floor in a dolls house.

My 90-year-old mum was v upset at an online shopping mistake (3 doormats the size of small planets) but rallied when I told her I bought a rail ticket for the wrong day & a friend ordered 50 bananas instead of 5. Any funny stories of online errors I can pass on to cheer her up?
