@TurkishAirlines your multi-city booking system does not work. Just tried to book lhr to ist, with same day connection to Nev. the booking puts us on a flight only an hour after landing, clearly not enough time to transit. Tried booking them as separate flights and it won’t allow

@TK_HelpDesk You have basically repeated what you said in the previous message. But ignored what you colleague has said. They said an hour isn’t enough. I don’t want to book the tickets find the hour isn’t long enough, miss the connecting flight and get stuck in Istanbul airp’t for the night

@TK_HelpDesk We spoke to someone at your call center a few minutes ago and he advised that the connection of one hour between arriving from London at Istanbul to catching the connecting flight to Cappadocia is not enough!!

Hello, for the flights that are issued on a single ticket, the time between connecting flights is calculated by the system automatically, so the time should be enough. And in case you miss the connecting flight due to unforeseen circumstances, you can always contact our agents at the airport about it.
