@rtbh @BristolCouncil Contractor attended at night last week. Three gullies all found to be severely blocked. CCTV investigation booked. Hopefully for next week as I have advised this to be a high priority.

So a car crash is good for GDP as the medical staff, the insurance and repair companies, the lawyers and everyone else involved all contribute to “growth”. That’s why many people think there must be a better measure

@GerryHassan @ZackPolanski They absolutely are against wealth and growth. It’s an absurd contention to suggest they aren’t. It’s a different matter if you want to argue that this is a good idea.

Dismissive & out of touch from insider class commentators getting indignant abt @ZackPolanski & the Greens. They can't understand the rise of the Greens caricaturing them as "against wealth & growth". A discussion showing this elite view of UK politics is part of the problem.
