@AskTSA I also because I have several 3 lbs loaves of soap in my carry-on. One time was no problem. Another time they said I had to throw all of them out. I travel and sell the soap so that was costly.

@ed_mabrey Great question, Ed! Solid bars or bricks of soap are allowed in both carry-on and checked bags with no size or quantity limitations.

@AskTSA what is the rule for a solid brick of soap that weighs a couple pounds? Carry on or checked bag? Heading to a convention to sell.
