@timfarron Tim, Rail Replacement BUSES were queuing to get around the works in Windermere Road, Kendal this bank holiday morning. Also, causing the (10 min) service buses to back up to get around them in Windermere Bus/Rail station. Rail line empty!

@Nigel60007 @northern_resist @northernassist We do have a new ticket machine installed on the unstaffed Kendal station. Con: Does not take cash, outside in the rain = wet tickets. Pro: there's a machine waiting whenever you turn up - come on encourage Northern when something is right.
