@Nickyankee9 @XcentricXennial @NBCNews You just did when you applied racial guilt to yourself, buddy. You implied a monolithic nature to white people. That's the only way collective guilt works. You claimed to be the rational one here, didn't you?
English

@XcentricXennial @NBCNews That is a massive oversimplification of how systemic bias and history work. No one is arguing that races are monolithic."

A burning cross in a Chicago park shocks residents and has police searching for who did it. nbcnews.com/news/us-news/b…
English

@CheeseheadBrian @sunnyright @XY101a Sir, it's the dictionary definition of a whataboutism. I stated that it was a documented behavior since 1979, and your response was to ignore that point and say, "Well, what about 1953?"
It was like someone blaming their divorce on their grandfather being mean to dogs. Lol

Iran was never interested in a ceasefire or peace deal. It was always a ploy to see if the western gullibles would give them a free pass to rebuild and regroup.
The western gullibles fell for it. And now Iran is unleashing what it bought time to do.
The US and Israel have a decision to make. Respond now and fix the problem, or confirm the rule that Iran can do whatever it wants and we’ll turn the other cheek and even reward them for it. Decision time.

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket For future reference. The hamburger took the ground beef and style of the Hamburg steak, ditched the fillers, combined it with England's sandwich, and made something new out of it. That's how cultural diffusion works. Everybody takes from somewhere else and makes it their own.
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket You just self-owned again. Hamburg steak is German, but it uses binders like eggs and bread crumbs. Hamburgers are 100% ground beef. So because beef is involved it's now German somehow? By that example, China now invented biryani because rice came from the Yangtze valley. 😂
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket Holy shit. You just undermined your entire argument with those two sentences.
After all that I now take solace in the fact that over the next few years, AI is going to make outsourcing to India cost prohibitive and crash the entire service economy.
English

@EddieMoBlake @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket Who cares about the end product ? It's the origin of the materials that counts.
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket You could have looked any of this up any time. The total knowledge of humanity and its history is literally at your fingertips. Instead, you decided to go "nuh uh, India came up with something that doesn't matter all by itself without borrowing ideas from the culture next door."
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket You also tried the dumbass approach of "Rice isn't native to Iran." That's true, but they've still been cultivating it for the last 3,000 years. Bryani was adapted 500 years ago with the Mughals. Birinj biriyan (the origin of "biryani) literally means "fried rice" in Persian.
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket The creation of gunpowder? Yeah. It still means China created gunpowder. That's how correct attribution of origin works.
English

@EddieMoBlake @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket So? Since the US military has the largest gunpowder stocks, doesn't it mean it didn't originated in China ?
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket Let me ask. Where do you think the name Biryani came from?
bbc.com/news/world-asi…
English

@EddieMoBlake @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket Persia didn't have any native long ride species. They copied our indian rice dishes for Plov.
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket The Setar was blended with the Veena to come up with the Sitar, buddy. Look it up.
It's all good. In the US, our blacks claim to have invented everything too and don't ever bother to look the history of anything up before making claims either. We all think it's funny as hell.
English

@EddieMoBlake @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket No, Veena is much older than the Persian Setar
English

@AtulBShankar005 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket Sitar came from the Persian setar. Setar came from the Mesopotamian tanbur. Biryani was derived from Persian pelau. Birian and birinj are even Persian words. That's his whole point about cultures assimilating other cultures, adapting it, then being adapted by somebody else.
English

@XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket Sitar and Tabla are Persian names for the original Indian Veena and mridangam. The Persians copied us, not the reverse.
As for Biriyani, the variety of rice needed for it is indegenous to the Ganges plain for 4000 years. Persians copied our rice dishes.
English

@Muji91233 @XcentricXennial @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket It literally says what he just said and you claimed he said the opposite of. You might be an ethically bankrupt fucktard, but people can read with their own eyes you lying cocksucker.
English

@XcentricXennial @Muji91233 @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket What a disingenuous dumbass piece of shit. He had to have read that part when he screened it. Then he has the balls to lie when anybody can just scroll back up and read what you said for themselves?
English

@Muji91233 @Tafazz497489 @joeybeastmarket It's fairly telling about how someone knows they're acting in bad faith when they screenshot something and blatantly cut out the inconvenient parts that contradict their erroneous claim.

@CycloneJack11 @Earisu6 @TrevorSAndersen @whitesundesert Evergreen post on that subject.

XcentricXennial@XcentricXennial
The difference between most people when viewing these sorts of events is that one group looks at it, begins to gather evidence, then uses it to come to a conclusion. The other group goes in with a conclusion already in mind and begins gathering only the evidence that supports it.
English

@Earisu6 @TrevorSAndersen @whitesundesert Or "these support my views so they must be right" is also unscientific bullshit.
English

@Earisu6 @whitesundesert Free advice. Never ask an AI to give you an answer to a claim you made instead of backing up the claim yourself. Also, never cite the AI without checking the sources. If you had, you would have read that methodology was self-reporting and unequal weighting of activities. And this

English

@Earisu6 @whitesundesert Easy enough to check. Which studies?
English

@whitesundesert Studies don’t care about your bias. They don’t go away, because they don’t replicate your fantasies.
English

@Laurabelle96Lm @XcentricXennial @PeteButtigieg @StephenBright My god. Yall are really out here making the case for Separate but Equal, but make it Congressional Districts, and none of you people even realize it.
😂🤣💀
English

@XcentricXennial @PeteButtigieg @StephenBright I think decimating the congressional black causaus and drawing maps so brown and black people arent represented fairly is wrong .
English

Today's Supreme Court decision reverses hard-won progress under the Voting Rights Act.
It means less representation for millions of Black Americans and other voters of color, as lawmakers gain greater ability to manipulate their districts. There will be more extreme partisan gerrymandering, lopsided elections, less accountable government, and policies that hurt rather than help with everyday life.
But this is no time to be demoralized, because we know it does not have to be this way. We can mobilize around reform, new laws, and where necessary, constitutional amendments for fairer government. Only then can we feel the benefits of a balanced Court, a truly representative Congress, and an election system free from the distorting power of extreme corporate and partisan manipulation.
English

@OH22USA @XcentricXennial @becca_usa @ScottJenningsKY Interested in doesn't mean he was targeting somebody you low self-worth rube. 🤣
I get why everyone else muted you. "I didn't imply what I implied. I'm very smart. Don't hold me to my own words or I'll move the goalposts for the hundredth time" is like arguing with an 8 year old
English

@EddieMoBlake @XcentricXennial @becca_usa @ScottJenningsKY this confirms what I said. The "more broadly" quote is the relevant part that you're choosing to ignore so that you can think you won an argument.
