I’m not sure which is worse between the incompetence of @EDI_Airport and @easyJet You knew our flight was landing at 1625 and there was no baggage to unload yet 20 minutes after landing we can’t get off the plane because there are no ground staff available !!

@EDI_Airport Edinburgh airport is a disgrace. It's not nice for anyone let alone tourists. Looks like a warehouse. Other airports around the world are beautiful with marble and luxury finishes.Not welcoming. We have to walk up a staircase & walk along a horrible corridor to passport control.
